SOUDABOND EASY GUN is a ready-to-use, single-component, self-adhesive polyurethane adhesive material that is used to provide clean, efficient, economical and permanent bonding in insulation boards and plaster applications in buildings and constructions.
Features

- Has limited amount of post-expansion for fast and sentisitive installation of insulation boards and drywall.

- It dries / hardens fast, work can continue for 1 hour after application.
- It does not contain solvent.
- Resistant to various solvents, paints and chemicals.
- Does not wear and rot, is resistant to mold and fungus formation, but not UV rays.
- Water resistant (not waterproof)
- Building material class is B2 according to DIN 4102, Part 1.
Applications
- It is used for bonding insulation boards cleanly, efficiently, economically and permanently.
- It is suitable for bonding polystyrene (EPS + XPS), Polyurethane (PUR / PIR) and phenol resin foam based insulation boards for use in flat roofs, frames, facades, insulation / drainage elements, basement ceilings, interior insulation.
- It is suitable for plasterboard / gypsum fiber board bonding in dry primer applications.
- Suitable for bonding non-bearing walls. For example, sensitive concrete blocks (aerated concrete, lime-sand brick, gypsum) partition wall, curtain wall, ground iron railing, stone shelf, etc. applications
- Fills the gaps between single thermal insulation boards.
